These logs are produced from willow logs cut from willow trees on our farm which are pollarded on a 15 year rotation, and thus are a fully sustainable resource. All are fully seasoned, having been cut 3 years ago. There are processed using both of our log processors, depending on the diameter on the logs. They are less dense than the hardwood logs thus a similar volume will weigh less. Hence the lower price of £40/bag. They are only suitable for log burners due to the sparking caused by burning less dense wood
